We use only the highest quality product lines to ensure the best results for your hair care services! Our mission is to give clients a clean, comfortable, and competitively priced salon where excellent customer service is paramount. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
Time is valuable, when an appointment is scheduled, we reserve time for you and cannot accept other clients. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support!
In order to maintain the integrity of your hair care services, we take great pride in using only the best and most reputable quality products to perform all services. Savannah Charm has many after care retail items available to help maintain lasting beauty and healthy hair.
Your feedback is valuable and truly appreciated! Clients must notify the salon of service breakdowns within 48 hours of original appointment. In the event there is a service breakdown within this time frame, Savannah Charm Hair Bar will provide a correction to the service. No refunds will be provided on services rendered.
